You can join STTFCU if you are a:
- Virgin Islands public-sector employee (St. Thomas or St. John) Employees of the Virgin Islands Government and key authorities/agencies (e.g., Water & Power Authority, Port Authority, Housing Authority, University of the Virgin Islands, VI Lottery).
- U.S. Postal Service employee Federal employees of the USPS who work in St. Thomas or St. John.
- Employee of a participating employer (“Select Employer Group”) Many local employers across education, healthcare, security, hospitality/retail, transportation/maritime, legal/professional services and more. Most are eligible if they work in or are paid from St. Thomas or St. John. Examples: private schools (All Saints, Antilles, Seventh-day Adventist), Schneider Regional Medical Center, East End Medical Center, ADT/Centurion/Ranger American, K-mart/Cost-U-Less, Yacht Haven Grande, West Indian Company, restaurants/hospitality groups (Caribbean Fish Market, Sapphire Beach Bar), and numerous local businesses.
- Member of a qualifying association or cooperative For example, V.I. Taxi Association (St. Thomas) and Thomasville Cooperative Corporation (per their charters/bylaws).
- Retirees, family and household members Spouses of persons who died while within our field of membership, retirees/pensioners from eligible employers, immediate family or household members of eligible members, and organizations of such persons.
