Adjusting How We Serve You

Dear Members,

The bottom line is this: Your money is safe and available for you; we are just temporarily shifting how we serve you. 

As always, you can access your account by ATM, through online banking, and our mobile app. We are also available by phone at 340-774-1299:

    • 8:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday

At STTFCU,  we continue to monitor the effects of the COVID-19 Coronavirus on our operation and on our community. Most recently, there has been an uptick in COVID-19 cases within our community. Please ensure we continue to enforce all precautionary measures:

  • Wear masks at all times when amongst the public.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick (unfortunately this cannot be determined if the person is asymptomatic).
  • Avoid touching your face.
  • Stay home when you are sick and expect to seek medical care.
  • The preferred method for covering your cough or sneeze is with a tissue. After that, immediately dispose of the tissue and wash your hands. Experts are unsure how long the virus will last on your clothes if you sneeze or cough in your elbow or your shirt.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • The preferred sanitizing method is to wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Making sure to get your back of your hands, the underside of your nails, and between your fingers.  Utilizing hand sanitizer is a secondary method if water and soap aren't readily available.
  • Practice social distancing by standing at least 6 feet from someone.
  • Opt for the elbow bump, instead of the traditional handshake. Again, experts are not sure how long the virus survives on clothing; however, when deciding which greeting to utilize, elbow bumping seems to be the lesser evil.

  • Review the balance of your checking, savings, money market, certificate of deposit, and loan accounts.
  • Transfer funds between your accounts, and to other members.
  • Set alerts for when automatic deposits or withdrawals are processed by clicking the eAlerts Subscriptions within Online Banking.
  • Enroll in eStatements and eliminate the need for paper statements.
  • Update your address or phone number.
  • Manage contact preferences.
